These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", or "Your") and CredBuddha Financial Consultancy Services Private Limited ("CredBuddha", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at www.credbuddha.com, the CredBuddha mobile application, and all associated software systems, platforms, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform and its services in any manner, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time.
These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform, including individuals who: Access or browse the Platform; Register for an account; Apply for financial products through the Platform; Purchase or subscribe to paid services; or Otherwise use any features or services made available by CredBuddha.
If You do not agree to these Terms or any part thereof, You must immediately discontinue access to the Platform and refrain from using any of its services.
CredBuddha reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at its sole discretion. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform, unless otherwise specified. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following such publication constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be read in conjunction with the CredBuddha Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
CredBuddha Financial Consultancy Services Private Limited operates a digital financial services marketplace that enables Users to discover, compare, and apply for financial products offered by regulated financial institutions.
Through the Platform, CredBuddha facilitates connections between Users and RBI-regulated banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) for financial products and services including: Loans, Credit score services, Credit cards, Other permitted lending products.
CredBuddha also provides certain paid services directly to Users, including: Credit health report generation; Credit score analysis and monitoring; Credit profile improvement support services. Access to paid services requires payment of applicable fees through authorized payment gateways integrated with the Platform.
CredBuddha acts solely as a technology platform provider and facilitator. CredBuddha: Is not a bank, financial institution, or NBFC; Does not lend money or provide credit directly; Does not make credit decisions; Does not guarantee approval of any financial product. All financial products are subject to the independent evaluation and terms of the respective lending partners.
CredBuddha: Does not provide free trial services; Does not collect token verification amounts; Does not facilitate fixed deposit or term deposit products. CredBuddha's responsibility is limited to digital facilitation and support. It is not liable for decisions or actions of third-party financial institutions.
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform and its services in any manner, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Electronic records, digital communications, and online acceptances shall constitute valid and legally binding agreements under applicable laws. Users agree that digital consent and electronic signatures shall have the same legal effect as physical signatures.
To access and use the Platform and its services, You represent and warrant that:
If You are accessing the Platform on behalf of a non-individual entity, You represent that You are duly authorized to bind such entity to these Terms. CredBuddha reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform if You fail to meet the eligibility requirements.
To access certain features and services on the Platform, You may be required to create a User account by providing accurate and complete information.
You are solely responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; All activities conducted through your account; and Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date. CredBuddha shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard account credentials.
Unless expressly permitted by CredBuddha in writing, You may operate only one User account on the Platform.
CredBuddha reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at its discretion if: You violate these Terms; You provide false or misleading information; Your account remains inactive for an extended period; or Such action is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Through the Platform, CredBuddha enables Users to discover, compare, and apply for financial products offered by banks and NBFCs regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
CredBuddha provides certain paid, value-added services including credit health report generation, credit score analysis and monitoring, and credit profile improvement support services. Access to paid services is subject to successful payment of applicable fees.
All services are subject to eligibility criteria, verification requirements, partner policies, and applicable laws. CredBuddha does not guarantee the availability, approval, or continuity of any service.
Subject to applicable laws and User consent, CredBuddha may use contact details to inform Users about new products, send promotional offers, and provide information about partner financial products. By registering on the Platform, Users authorize CredBuddha and its regulated partners to contact them via calls, SMS, email, and digital notifications, even if registered under DND/DNC registries, subject to applicable laws.
Information, reports, insights, and recommendations provided through the Platform are for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as financial, legal, investment, or credit advice.
Certain services on the Platform are offered on a paid basis. Payments shall be processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers. CredBuddha does not store complete card numbers, banking credentials, or payment authentication data.
By initiating a payment, You authorize CredBuddha and its payment partners to process transactions using your selected payment method.
Certain services may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, You authorize automatic recurring charges. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund eligibility, timelines, and processing shall be governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on the Platform.
Chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable payment network rules and regulatory requirements.
By using the Platform, You agree to: Provide true, accurate, and complete information; Use the Platform only for lawful purposes; Comply with all applicable laws; Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the Platform; Not impersonate any person or entity; Not attempt unauthorized access; and Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts. CredBuddha reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access in case of violation.
CredBuddha may conduct preliminary risk profiling, eligibility checks, and credit assessment. Such assessments do not constitute a credit decision or approval. Final decisions regarding approval, rejection, disbursal, credit limits, interest rates, and terms are made solely by the respective lending partner. CredBuddha shall not be liable for any credit decision, delay, rejection, or terms imposed by lending partners.
Any loan or credit facility availed through the Platform constitutes a separate agreement between You and the respective lending partner. CredBuddha's role is limited to facilitating the application process. CredBuddha shall have no responsibility or liability in relation to repayment obligations, loan servicing, or disputes arising from the credit facility.
By registering on the Platform, You expressly consent to receive communications from CredBuddha and its authorized partners through phone calls, SMS, email, in-app notifications, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. Such communications may include service updates, transaction alerts, promotional offers, and information relating to financial products. You may opt out of promotional communications; however, service-related and legally required communications shall continue.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its software, content, design, trademarks, and intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to CredBuddha. Subject to Your compliance with these Terms, CredBuddha grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes within India. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or use CredBuddha's trademarks without prior written permission.
You are solely responsible for any User Generated Content submitted by You. By submitting content, You represent that You have the lawful right to do so and that the content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe third-party rights. CredBuddha reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Use of the Platform is subject to the CredBuddha Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, You consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. CredBuddha does not guarantee that the Platform will always operate without interruption, that all information will be accurate, or that technical issues will be corrected immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, CredBuddha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform, reliance on Platform content, actions of third-party partners, or unauthorized access to User data not caused by CredBuddha's willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CredBuddha, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from Your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information received during the course of using the Platform and services, and to use such information only for purposes related to the services.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. CredBuddha does not control or endorse such platforms and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
CredBuddha shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network failures, cyber incidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by CredBuddha to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it at a later time.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and other policies published on the Platform, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between You and CredBuddha regarding the use of the Platform and services. They supersede all prior communications, understandings, or agreements.
